About the Firm

A Canadian construction management practice, built for capital programs of consequence.

Maple Leaf Construction Management Inc. was incorporated in Toronto in 2009 to provide owners with independent, disciplined construction management services across the institutional, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Our Story

Sixteen years of measured, accountable delivery.

The firm was established in 2009 by a small group of Canadian construction professionals who shared a conviction that owners of complex capital programs were under-served by the traditional general contracting market.

Today, Maple Leaf Construction Management Inc. operates from its head office in Scotia Plaza in downtown Toronto and supports clients on engagements across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia, with selected mandates in the Atlantic provinces and the Territories.

We deliver projects under a range of contracting models — Construction Management at Risk, Construction Management as Advisor, Integrated Project Delivery, and Public-Private Partnership advisory — using the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) family of contracts.
